Zack reached out to ClearVision in late 2021 regarding a lease agreement that seemed disingenuous to him. After verbal agreements had been made with the prospective property company, Zack did not receive a legal contract that matched the conversations he had with the company. Together they worked with the property company to propose changes to the agreement.

Zack ultimately decided to pursue another living arrangement, but feels glad he learned more about his rights as a consumer and had an advocate on his side to exercise those rights:
